These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 663be platform ("663be", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://663be.cam. To register and maintain an Account on the 663be Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:
663be reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 663be may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Note for Pakistani Users: The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 may apply to your use of this Platform. 663be does not hold any Pakistani government licence and does not represent that online gambling is legal in Pakistan. Registering is solely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
Section 4
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 663be will never ask you for your full password via email, Live Chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Each user is permitted to hold only one Account. Where 663be identifies that a user holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all associated Accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus activity may be voided. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
663be operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. KYC documents must be provided before any withdrawal is processed. 663be reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at the time of registration.

By accessing the 663be Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

663be accepts deposits via various payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where reasonably practicable, subject to verification costs being deducted.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Illustrative figures may be presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for user convenience; the operative currency of your Account is determined at registration.
References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC, ETH and USDT are provided as illustrative examples of payment context familiar to Pakistani users. Such references do not constitute a representation that those providers endorse, affiliate with or confirm support for gambling transactions on the 663be Platform. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice.
Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be that available to 663be at the time of the transaction, which may include a conversion margin. 663be is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuation.
Section 7
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:
Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only. 663be is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institution policies or regulatory holds. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
Section 8
663be may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over these general Terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Certain bonuses may be restricted by geography, payment method or Account history. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available once per user, household, IP address and payment method.

All bets and wagers placed on the 663be Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are available within the Platform interface. The following general provisions apply to all betting and gaming activity:

Section 11
All content on the 663be Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 663be or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 663be.
Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663be and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 663be's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
Section 13
663be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or termination include, without limitation:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to you following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements, subject to any deductions for pending charges or unresolved disputes.
Section 14
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation that the use of the 663be Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that local gambling legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, may apply independently of any governing law clause in these Terms.
Section 15
663be reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — 663be will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page.
